MINIMUM SHORT TERM HIRE CHARGE

Please note that there is a minimum hire charge of £300 regardless of chair.

THINKING OF HIRING A MASSAGE CHAIR?

Then we recommend the Sterling Silver Savoy or Senator massage chairs.
Importantly, in most massage chair hire situations, they can be used without removing shoes.

With their solid build and excellent range of massage functions Sterling massage chairs are ideal for long or short term hire. Although heavy, the Savoy and Statesman are manageable and can be moved around by one person on their rear castors.

HAND CONTROL or PRE-SET MASSAGE PERIOD

We normally hire massage chairs with standard hand controls giving full access to all the chairs functions but Sterling massage chairs are also available with a simplified pre-set massage program or coin / token operation.

COLOUR

Black is the normal colour of choice for hire but all current colours are available.

BRANDS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

Most other chairs, including Sanyo, HTT and Keyton can be hired but rates will be subject to negotiation according to the proposed use and location. A deposit against damage will also be required for Keyton and HTT chairs.

LEASING AND LONG TERM CONTRACT HIRE

Depending on location and proposed used, Senator from £240 per month,
Savoy from £200 per month.
Minimum contract period is 6 Months.

We can supply one or one hundred massage chairs, however realistically, 10 chairs is our normal maximum to one customer at one time.

POWER REQUIREMENTS

Massage Chairs use much less power than most people imagine - non of our chairs exceed 250 watts, most use considerably less, no more than a large light bulb. If mains power is not available on site we are able to supply a battery/inverter pack which will power the chair for up to eight hours.

DELIVERY and COLLECTION by TNT

Chairs are usually delivered boxed by TNT. Customers must remember that the box and necessary packing material must be retained for repacking the chair on return. The boxes are large - approx. 120cm x 85cm x 85cm depending on type of chair and will need to be stored for re-packing and return - this can be a problem where stand space is limited. No assembly is required although cushions will have to be fitted and in some cases air pipes connected. It will usually require two people to lift the chair into it's box for repacking and return and TNT may require some assistance both with delivery and collection. It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with their local branch of TNT to ensure prompt return of the hire chair.
As an indication only the cost of delivery by TNT is around £40 and the cost of collection around £50.

SPECIAL DELIVERY and COLLECTION

Chairs can be delivered and collected by one of our service vehicles or special courier, to suit your particular requirements. Venues such as the NEC and Earls Court are well known to us but we may require detailed delivery and collection information for other venues. As an indication only, the cost of delivery to, or collection from, the NEC or Earls Court is around £165.

HIRE PERIOD

The hire period is the period between collection or receipt by the customer from our carrier and return or receipt by our carrier from the customer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the loss of, or damage to, the massage chair during the hire period.

PURCHASE OF HIRE CHAIRS

All short term hired massage chairs may be purchased at the end of the hire period with the total hire charge being deducted from the purchase price.
